Our system is an automated system that allows us to ship thing out immediately and efficiently. In the event you need to cancel or change your order you may do so within 24 hours, provided your order has not been shipped, by contacting us at (586) 257-1515 or by Email. We will make every effort to cancel the order for you, however we can not guarantee that we catch it before it's too late. If you do receive the item, you must complete the RMA Request Form on the website and we will provide the return instructions and refund that for you as soon as it is received.
***Please note: Do not refuse the shipment nor ship to the return address on the package as that is a warehouse and does not accept shipments. Thus the refund will be significantly delayed***
Please make sure the Ship-To address you use during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
In addition, we are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for selecting a safe shipping address and assume all risk for packages stolen once delivered.
All orders that are returned to sender or undeliverable are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
